Visiting this website
This website runs on Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. To deliver the pages and protect them against attacks, Cloudflare processes your IP address and technical details of each request, such as the time, the page and your browser type. We keep no visitor logs ourselves.
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, tracking or advertising, and it loads no fonts, scripts or other content from other sites.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in a secure website that works. Cloudflare processes the data for us under its data processing addendum; transfers to the USA rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses in that addendum.
Writing to us
When you use the contact form or write to support@fraso.app, Cloudflare passes your e-mail address and message on to our support inbox, which is provided by Google (Gmail). The website itself stores nothing you send. We use your address and message only to answer you, and delete them when they are no longer needed, unless the law requires us to keep them.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR when your message is about a contract with us, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our interest in answering you.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, its correction or deletion, a restriction of its use, and a copy of it; and you can object to its use based on our legitimate interest (Art. 15–21 GDPR). You can also complain to a data protection authority, for example the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
